Do I need to book my Santa Photography Session?

You'll need to pre-book your session to make sure Santa knows you're coming! There won't be any walk-in sessions available.
What are the times for Santa Photography?

Santa arrives on Saturday 2nd November 2024 and will be here until Christmas Eve. Times vary each day. Click on the type of booking you want to make above to view available booking times.
What time should I arrive for my booking?

Where should I park for Santa Photography?

The best parking available is in the Green Car Park (Coles Quad). The entry to this car park is on White Hart Drive.

The next best parking available is in the Purple Car Park (Big W Quad). The entry to this car park is via Rouse Hill Drive on Civic Way.
Can I still get my Santa Photography if I am late, or miss my session?

We cannot guarantee to fit you into a time close by to your session especially if sessions are booked out, however we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer Sensitive Santa photography?

Yes. RHTC is proud to offer Sensitive Santa photography. The sessions are held in Santa’s House. Bookings are available on our website, if you can’t find an available time, we are happy to help! 
Do you offer Pet Photography?

Yes, please view the available times under Pet Pawtraits. Your furry friends are welcome (cats, dogs and rabbits) please ensure your pets arrive on a leash as there will be other pets around.

Can I bring my own props from home i.e. baby chair/bouncer?

Can my pet sit with my kids for their photos?

Yes, your pet can sit with your kids, but only on designated pet sessions. Please book in a Pet Pawtraits session.
What if I need a refund?

Refunds cannot be processed on set, in order to get a refund you must contact the customer care line on (02) 9054 2636.
 
What happens if I lose my photos, can I get copies?

Unfortunately we are unable to replace lost photos. With every customer, a digital library is created. Scanning the QR code at the bottom of the receipt will give you access to your entire gallery with a watermark and you are able to purchase digital copies of the photos. 
What if Pet or Sensitive Santa spots are sold out, will more slots be released?

It is best to secure these slots early as there is no guarantee more slots can be added. If all time slots are full, try checking back later to see if there have been any cancellations.
