Hand over your keys and allow the friendly and experienced team from First Class Valet to park your car for you during the busiest time of year; leaving you more time to focus on the important stuff like securing your Christmas ham or finding the perfect presents for your nearest and dearest!

There are no bookings required, just follow the simple steps listed below! 

HOW TO USE VALET PARKING: 
  1. Enter the Rouse Hill Town Centre carpark via Rouse Hill Drive or Civic Way and follow the signs to Valet, located in Purple Carpark near Big W.
  2. Provide your keys and contact details to our Valet Attendant and you will be sent a text message with a link to your digital ticket. 
  3. Head in centre to enjoy your shopping experience at Rouse Hill Town Centre. 
  4. When you are ready to leave, tap ‘Request Your Car’ via your digital ticket. You will be notified once your car is ready to be picked up. 
  5. Head back to the Purple carpark lobby (at the bottom of the Big W travelators) and use the pay machine to complete the $10 payment for Valet parking plus casual rates if you've stayed over 3 hours.
  6. Once you have completed your payment, collect your keys and jump in your car for a quick exit via Civic Way.

Where is my Valet ticket?

For your convenience, valet is ticketless. You will receive a text message once you have dropped off your car which will be your digital ticket.
How much does Valet cost?

How do I request my car?

You will receive a text message with a link and instruction to arrange collection. Please allow approx. 10 minutes after request for vehicle to be ready.
If I park in Valet, do I still need to pay for parking?

How do I pay for Valet Parking?

You can make payment at the pay machine located in the Big W lobby when you arrive to pick up your car. The valet staff will be able to assist with any issues.
How does Valet parking work?

Once you have arrived at the designated valet area, you will be greeted by one of our valet staff and asked for your mobile number to send a link to your digital ticket. Our experienced valet staff will park your car in the valet area and lock your keys in a secure key cabinet.
Once you are ready to leave, you can request your car through the link on your phone. Our valet staff will get your car ready.
Upon arrival to the lobby, you will be asked to make a $10 payment at the pay machine plus any additional parking fees above 3 hours.
Once payment has been made, the valet staff will direct you to your car which will be ready at the exit area of valet.
Where do I drop off my car for Valet?

Valet is located in the purple car park near Big W travelators. Best direct access is entry via Rouse Hill Drive or Civic Way. Follow directional signage which will lead you to the valet drop off point.
What are the trading hours for Valet?

Valet will operate Thursday to Sunday during centre trading hours. Last car is accepted 60 minutes prior to centre closing hours.
What if I return after Valet trading hours?

You will receive a text message from a valet staff member reminding you to collect car. If you cannot make it in time, you will be directed to contact Security to retrieve your keys.
What happens if a Valet driver scratches my car?

Photos of your car are taken once you are greeted by valet staff. Any reported damages will be escalated to First Class Valet.
Can I also get my car washed, use hands free shopping or have my Toyota serviced?

This is the first pop-up of Valet at Rouse Hill Town Centre. Whilst the valet service is not currently set up to accommodate the additions of car washing, concierge or Toyota servicing, we are working with our retail partners to incorporate this in future. Watch this space!
 
Can I still use the Big W Click & Collect?

Yes, there are no changes to the location of Big W’s Click & Collect facility. If you need to do a Big W Click & Collect, please advise the valet staff who direct you past valet through to the bays.
Will you be running Valet after Christmas?

We anticipate the Valet service will be running at least twice each year during peak seasonal periods. Watch this space!
 
Can I arrange for a mobility scooter to be collected as I arrive at Valet?

Yes, if you require a mobility scooter you should contact the Customer Service Desk on 9421 2300 once you have dropped your car at the valet area.
Can I arrange to pick up my car from another location in the shopping centre?
