Please Note | No children under the age of 3 are permitted on the ice under any circumstances.

Children aged 7 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the ice.
Children aged 10 and under will not be permitted on the ice without a helmet (this will be supplied).

Should I arrive early?
We recomond arriving 15 minutes prior to your session time to collect your skates and sign in, giving you maximum time of fun on the rink!

Is the ice rink wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the rink is wheelchair accessible.
We ask for guests in wheelchairs to bring a friend or family member to assist them on the ice.

What happens if I arrive late?
We understand that things come up, we will do our best to accommodate your ticket into the next available session available. If you are booking for the last session for the day, please ensure that you attend with plenty of time before the closing time as trading hours cannot be extended.
