

Crispy Rice Easter Bunnies
Looking for an Easter treat that the kids will love? Both cute and tasty - these Crispy Rice Easter Bunnies will be a crowd favourite!


Ingredients
- 4 cups Kellogs rice bubbles
- 3 cups mixed marshmallows
- 40g butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8-10 smarties
- 100g white chocolate
- Red food dye
- 16-20 Candy eyes (sold at Woolworths)
- 2 tbsp Nutella
- Shop at Coles or Woolworths for your ingredient list.

Method
- Melt butter in a pan with vanilla extract and the marshmallows
- Once melted remove from the heat and add rice bubbles, stir until fully coated and sticky
- Pour rice crispy mixture into a square or rectangle lined baking tray
- Press down with the back of a spoon to create an even layer
- Place in the fridge for 10 mins
- Meanwhile, heat white chocolate and split it into 2 bowls (adding red food die to one to create the colour pink)
- Remove the rice crispy mixture from the fridge and chop into rectangle squares
- Push in paddle pops or skewers
- Create bunnies by sticking the following down (using white chocolate as the "glue"); smarties as the nose, candy eyes, white chocolate bunny ears with pink insides. Serve with Nutella.
