This delicious and sticky Air Fryer Pork Belly is quick and easy. This hearty winter meal serves a family of 4 and is ready in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1-1.2kg pork belly (found in Coles or Woolworths)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 rice pots/serves of rice
- 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
- 1 red chilli for garnish (optional)
Method
- Slice the pork belly into 2cm chunks
- Marinate the pork belly with garlic, hoisin and honey. Ensuring all sides of each piece are coated in the sauce
- Cook in the air fyrer for 25 minutes on 200 degrees celsius. Cook longer if required (depending on the air fryer)
- When ready to serve, cook the rice pots as per packet instructions and top with the pork belly, spring onions and red chilli (if using)
