Topping Ingredients

• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 drops red dye
• 5 white marshmallows

Cocktail mixture

• 2 x shots vodka (optional)
• ¾  cup red cordial
• ¼ cup soda
• 4 ice cubes

Method

1. Combine the honey and dye on a plate and dip the cocktail rim
2. Melt the marshmallows in the microwave for 10 seconds and spread across the rim of the cocktail glass in a web form
3. Shake the cocktail ingredients and pour into the glasses
