We’re excited to announce the next stage of Rouse Hill Town Centre —a $200M redevelopment that will bring even more shopping, dining, and community spaces to the heart of the Hills District.

What’s Coming?

• 10,600sqm of retail space, featuring a new mall linking Big W and Kmart
• 45+ new specialty stores & 4 mini-majors for an expanded shopping experience
• A brand-new Town Green, designed for relaxation, gatherings, and family fun
• 200+ additional car spaces with improved access from Rouse Hill Drive
• A seamless walking loop, connecting all stores for ultimate convenience
• A new hub for our Growing Community with new family-friendly play area

As the Hills District thrives, we’re ensuring Rouse Hill Town Centre remains the region’s premier lifestyle destination. Our signature alfresco shopping experience will be enhanced with more stores, dining, and open spaces for all to enjoy.

While these upgrades are designed to enhance our community, some paths of travel between Civic Way and Rouse Hill Drive will be temporarily closed. Rest assured though, we will remain open and trading as usual throughout our development. Construction is set to commence early April 2025, with completion earmarked for late 2026.
